You are right about some paintings and how they are connected to memories
and bring enjoyment. Good to know you are well and getting organised. I can’t
say that of myself, I’m still not see the light…keep well.

I still have a collection of your cards. I have plans to frame some. I’m getting closer as I organize and select. It’s fun to see what comes up top after years. Art connected to great memories bring enjoyment.

Thank you for your kind words about my blog and artworks. It’s good to know you have a print of one of my watercolour
of Melaka hanging in your house. Yes I still have a few prints of my old artworks some where and if you are interested
to get one for your other wall i shall look at my many drawers soon. Thanks.

Hello Victor,

I have enjoyed reading your blogs over the past year. Another’s view of life, especially from another area of the world is always so interesting and insightful.

Your photography is exceptionally “alive”, even when photographing your mother’s exit.

I found a framed poster of your work entitled “Melaka Kuala Lumpur “Water colours” and it is now displayed in my home.

Can you tell me if other prints are available. I have another wall that is begging for more of your work.

Hi there,

I recently hung up a picture of my grandmother’s shop at Batu Road, KL. Well my dad told me it was drawn by Victor Chin I guess I just wanted to say thank you for capturing that memory of what it was originally, its beautiful. It really brings back a lot of childhood memories.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Penang and I was visiting Convent Light Street and saw your print of the school in the principal’s office then a few weeks later we dined at “The Rose” and there was another of your prints. How nice to know you are still you and still producing and being a leader in the Malaysian art world.

Let us answer the first question. Every sentient being has a Buddha nature. It is purely a matter of time and question of practice to bring this out. As a follow through, human beings are inherently compassionate.
One should live by being accountable for one’s action and speech,take responsibility and blame no one for the consequences.
